If you wish to attend any event sponsored by All Saints Youth Group, a Consent Form must be completed by parent or guardian and presented the day of the event. Click here to obtain a blank copy of the Consent Form to print off and complete. So that we may obtain an accurate head count prior to the event, please confirm your participation via email by clicking on the desired event below. The To : and Subject : of the Email will automatically be entered, the body of the email will read "youth name plan on participating in the subject event" replace youth name with your own name, and send.
